Pastor Tess Cox

Tess Cox, pastor of Every Road Covenant Church, is a twenty six year resident of the Santa Clarita Valley, coming to the area when its population was a mere 70,000 souls and Chi Chi’s and Tim Tom’s ruled the dining landscape .  While raising her two (now adult) children and partnering with her husband Dean, she served on the staff of three other Southern California churches, and graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree.  

Pastor Tess believes that her purpose is to help people find ways to overcome their personal and spiritual obstacles so they may live fully alive by discovering and using their God-given gifts, talents, and strengths.  She says, “Whether a person is young or old, poor or wealthy, capable with much strength or a few strengths – every person has value and every person can learn, grow, and enlarge their capacity for greater influence.  The bottom line is, I love to minister, teach, and encourage people about God’s love for them through the gospel of His Son, Jesus Christ.  The message, teaching, and encouraging is basic, ‘God loves people and He has made a way to be in relationship with Him through the sacrifice, death, burial, and resurrection of His Son, Jesus.’”       

Pastor Tess is bi-vocational and is employed as a consultant, team builder, and coach for PAL~Leadership.  Currently, she works at Eisenhower Medical Center in Palm Springs, and Computer Associates, Inc. in Manhattan and Long Island, NY.  She also serves clients ranging from Schneider Trucking International in Wisconsin to MediaCom in New York City.

Pastor Tess believes in TEAM and Every Road Covenant Church has a great TEAM that loves to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ by expressing love, extending mercy, encouraging growth and effecting change.
